Bulk Transcriptomics
Bulk transcriptomics integrated 1,805 cervical samples (cell lines, normal, precancerous, para-tumor, carcinoma) across 24 datasets,with expression and clinical/prognostic data (available).
Single-cell Transcriptomics
Single-cell transcriptomics integrated 110 cervical samples (normal, precancerous, para-tumor, carcinoma) across 12 datasets. Re-annotation enables exploration of gene expression within cell subtypes.
Spatial Transcriptomics
Spatial transcriptomics profiled 26 in-house cervical samples (normal/cancer) across 2 datasets. Re-annotation enables spatial mapping and expression analysis of target genes.
HPV Integration
HPV integration profiled 307 in-house cervical samples (normal, precancerous, carcinoma) across 3 datasets. Users enable explore the HPV integration frequency and location in target genes.
Immunotherapy Cohorts
The pan-cancer cohort comprised 1,418 patients across 21 datasets (>13 cancer types) treated with anti-PD-(L)1 or CTLA-4. Expression and clinical data enable differential gene analysis by treatment response.
